Q. How long have you been in business?

A. Shamrock DJ Service has been providing quality DJ entertainment for over 20 years.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes. We are fully insured and we will be happy to provide a copy of our policy to your banquet hall.

Q. Do you require a contract?

A. Yes. We do require a signed contract for all events.

Q. Do you require a reservation fee for your services?

A. Yes. A non refundable reservation fee of 20% is required to reserve your date. This is deducted from your total price.

Q. When is the final payment due and what forms of payment are accepted?

A. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event. We accept: Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Q. Can we request songs or provide a play list to our D.J.?

A. Yes. We will be happy to play requests and we encourage you to share a play list with us. We look forward to your input.

Q. Is dance floor lighting included?

A. Basic dance floor lighting is included. However, upgraded lighting packages are available for an additional charge.

Q. Can you provide music and a microphone for our wedding ceremony at a different location than our reception?

A. Yes, we would be happy to provide a sound system, MC and DJ at your ceremony location.

Q. Do you offer special effects lighting such as laser lights, uplighting and can you have the bride & grooms name in lights?

A. Yes, we do offer laser lights, uplighting (room ambience lighting) and Gobo lighting for the guest of honors name in lights on the dance floor or wall.
